Episode 104: The Comparison Game
Today we have 5 tips Diana received early on that have Do we ever really stop comparing ourselves to others? I have a theory that there are two different types of comparison. One being "toxic" comparison, based around life scenarios we have zero control over. Many of these applying to military families, for example, where we live, how often we're together, ease of travel, etc. And then we have what I like to think of "healthy" comparison. This type of comparison lights a bit of a fire under our butts and gets us motivated to make changes in our own lives. Can't wait to hear what you think of this episode!
