Tropical Peanut Butter Bites
Tropical peanut butter snack bites! The BEST snack for a little sweet, a little salt and a whole bunch of flavor! Not to mention they're packed full of healthy fats to keep you full and focused, and plant based protein for those muscles!
What’s in it:
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1/3 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
½ Cup Vanilla Complete Protein
½ Cup Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
1 Tbsp Chai Seeds
1 Tbps Grated Lemon Rind
What to do:
I got all sorts of complicated for this process. I am very sarcastic sometimes.
Put it all in a bowl and stir it all up so it’s nice and combined. Then spoon it out and form into balls like you’re making cookies.
Keep them in the refrigerator and voila!

As for the peanut butter, try using one where the only ingredient is peanuts and possibly salt. I use one a single ingredient brand, “Crazy Richards.” No I am not sponsored by them (no matter how badly I wish I were! But they are the best tasting single ingredient one I have found.
