The ONLY Thing You Need For Success

Habits. Noun: a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. An automatic reaction to a specific situation. “We are what we repeatedly do. Success is not an action but a habit.” – Aristotle

So….who can guess the point I want to make today?!

HABITS!

Take a moment right now and think, what are my habits? Do I have good habits? Not so good habits? What do these habits lead me to do in a day, week, month?

Most people have habits they wish they’d never created. For example, a mocha frappuccino on the way to work, the entire bag of popcorn during a movie, pressing snooze through your scheduled workout time.

Do you want to be successful? Do you want to reach your goals? No..you Gucci? Okay stop here then ;)

For those of you unwilling to be ANYTHING but successful in reaching your goals…create healthy habits. Let me create the vision for you….

Wake up a 5a.m. to prioritize time for yourself.

Get up.

Work out.

Make your bed.

Prioritize your “to-dos” for the day.

Plan your meals (and put the ingredients in the front of your refrigerator so there is no need to think about it when you come home hungry for dinner. Need help with a simple meal prep routine? Read my post about it here.)

Make the evening a time for relaxation and family time instead of baking your favorite cookies.

Write down your meals for tomorrow so the drive though is no longer an excuse because you “didn’t have time.”

This is just an example, it looks different for everyone.
