SPOOKtacular Halloween Workout

See what I did there? Spook? Gosh. Too funny. This workout will leave you feeling like zombie for a couple of days. This vampire of a workout will suck the the excess fat out of you in no time.

Okay, I'm sorry. I'm done.

It'll be a darn good workout, keeping your heart rate elevated, turning you into a fat burning machine (which technically you already are but you catch my drift).

This workout is EMOM style. EMOM stands for every minute on the minute. At the start of every new minute you do the listed exercise. Once the stated reps are complete, rest until the next minute begins. Set your timer for 32 minutes and get to work! This is my favorite type of workout.

This is meant to fast paced and more difficult than most workouts because of the higher intensity. Because of that, you get all of the calorie burn of a traditional hour long workout in just 32 minutes!


10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts into and Upright Row

20 Kettle-Bell Swings

10 Traditional Burpees

12 Wide Curls to Hammer Curls (perform one wide DB curl followed immediately by a hammer curl)

20 Total Hands to Forearm Plank (10 per side)

15 Push Ups

15 Sumo Squats

30 Bicycle Crunches

Repeat 4 times total
